Mechanical engineering is the branch of engineering that involves the production and usage of heat and mechanical power for the design, production, and operation of machines and tools. Our company has grown from strength to strength and now supplies both national and international markets with precision made equipment and components. We provide an excellent  bespoke design service.  Supplying various industries with high precision components has become a very important part of our business.  Our customer base has grown because of our design service and our reputation for high precision components.  
The precision and production side of the company, has invested in modern plant and equipment, conventional and CNC machines are in use at our recently expanded  factory. We can manufacture everything from one-offs, to medium sized batches of components. Work is carried out in a variety of materials, including ferrous and non ferrous metals, as well as numerous alloys, plastics etc. These are purchased from reputable suppliers, or free issue material.
The engineering field requires an understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis. Mechanical engineers use these core principles along with tools like computer-aided engineering and product lifecycle management to design and analyze manufacturing plants, industrial equipment and machinery, heating and cooling systems, transport systems, aircraft, watercraft, robotics, medical devices and more.
The foremost activity is Quality Control. This is strictly carried out at each stage of production - materials, tooling and gauges  with final inspection prior to dispatch.  Our product design and development engineering design department exists to serve our clients, giving practical advice and guidance on design issues.
Many mechanical engineering companies, especially those in industrialized nations, have begun to incorporate computer-aided design (CAD) programs into their existing design and analysis processes. This method has many benefits, including easier and more exhaustive visualization of products, the ability to create virtual assemblies of parts, and the ease of use in designing mating interfaces and tolerances.
Using CAD programs, our mechanical design team can quickly and cheaply iterate the design process to develop a product that better meets cost, performance, and other constraints. No physical prototype need be created until the design nears completion, allowing hundreds or thousands of designs to be evaluated, instead of a relative few. We take a forward-looking approach to investment in CAD and are continually re-investing in this important resource.
